weeks after Katrina.

I am surprised to see this image between your awesome shots. There are bunch of things that bother me in this image, like the center of the subjects, the line going through the box and the neck of the right girl. Considering how excellently composed all your other images are I wonder whether this is on purpose. Is it? I am attaching my proposed crop... I am curious to hear why you picked this photo, some story behind it?

From an aesthetic stanpoint, yes, there are so many minor distractions -- but they do seem to help tell the story of the photo. Those are downed powerlines the girls are navigating through, yes? For this particular photo, I think I would have placed it in the "documentary" category.
