Very dramatic :)

Tone wise it's a little flat (perhaps some work with levels or curves may help), the exposure looks like it may have been slightly too long causing the log to blur, maybe a little sharpening would help elsewhere as it appears a bit soft. Compositionally I would have shot from a little lower, cropped to a square framing and given about a third of sky minus the tree. I do like the subject but I think you can do better with such a lovely bit of shoreline.
