Interesting bird. Thanks for sharing this one. Spoonbills where I come from are pink. I have some in my portfolio (if you care).

Anyway... your situation here with a light bird and a dark background was difficult. I'd prefer the highlights on the bird not being overexposed. I like the bird's head tilted toward the camera so that we can really see the spoon bill. Nice composition. 4/6
