I thought it was something different to take the shot with the reflections. I wanted to align it better, but people were in the way. Thanks for the comment Peter! elisabeth

Crowds... yep - the bane of shooting at any type of show! But don't sell yourself short - this photo is wonderful. Even if I didn't like airplanes as much as I do, I would love this shot because of the great graphic quality! Lets see more!

Probably my next favorite of your P-51 pics after the vertical tail shot. Good eye to see the distortions the the canopy, and the hangar door in the background provides a perfect frame for the sides of the pic. That out-of-focus wingtip in the foreground is unfortunate but doesn't detract too much. The reflections really bring out the sensuous curves in the fuselage, and also bring out the ripples and buckling in the sheet metal that many people unfamiliar with aircraft of this era would be surpised to see.
