davidmccracken 2 Posted January 23, 2006 I hope you understand the title. This was the model's own idea. (The fashion items I mean.) Feedback appreciated. Should there be anyone looking for my more daring work, you can always do a search for me on photopoints or photosig where I have uploaded some of my deleted images and where I will be uploading more soon. jim hayes 0 Posted January 23, 2006 Hmmm, the bottom fashion garment looks a little more like home plate to me, but no matter. It's nice seeing her once again. I can see that you are doing well. f/64 Link to comment

owen_omeara 1 Posted January 24, 2006 I like the image a great deal except for onr thing. Her left ear ring looks like it is coming out of the corner of her mouth. The pose is terrific and the garments are provocative. Well done as usual. -Owen Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted January 24, 2006 Jim, You have very strange plates if I may say. I do have lot of photographs of this girl. With a bit of luck you will see more of her later. Angel, I spent quite a bit of time looking at her thighs myself. Owen, I think you need glasses. Seriously, I see what you mean.... that's going to bug me now! Thanks everyone! Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted January 24, 2006 David- Perfect composition & lighting. Tell your model, she has a really neat fashion sense, a lot more creative than those that "dug" up & revived the old "bell-bottom" hip huggers! :) I gotta agree about the earring though. "Plate"? Maybe scarf or napkin, but plate? :) Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted January 24, 2006 Thanks a lot. I do like this one myself but felt that it was maybe a touch tight compositionally. Having said that, the way the model bends her head to fit it in the frame makes it work for me. Link to comment
jim hayes 0 Posted January 24, 2006 Home plate, as in baseball. Said in the true locker room form of "getting all the way to home plate." but yes the bottoms are in the shape of Home Plate. Best I remember she was a pretty shy girl and your shots of her were really nice. I am glad there is more to come from your encounter with her. f/64 Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted January 25, 2006 Thanks for the explanation Jim. No promises but let's see what happens. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 2, 2006 David, I'm kind of waffling on this one. The pose is classic, and I love the facial expression. Taking into account that this is her idea as far as the wardrobe items, I sort of think it's the wrong choice for the top garment. She obviously has a beautiful figure, and as I said, it's a classic figure pose (clothed or unclothed)...but in my opinion, the bulkiness of the top negates what could have been the impact of the lines of the upper torso. I do love the color of the scarf or whatever the bottom part is against the color of her skin, and it does accentuate her figure beautifully from the waist down. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 3, 2006 Jim, Everything you say about this is correct. You echo my feelings exactly. I do have another version of this with a 'different' top. Maybe the model, after reading your comment, will allow me to upload it. Thanks again! Link to comment
