I really like the contradiction between the media image of beauty and the gentleman with the tatoos. The angle of the shot adds to the feeling that subject is "real" and the media images are false. Nice job. 7/7

My first impression is that he should be weighing DOWN that side of the image when in retrospect, you have him portrayed as a baloon. It is an interesting photo with a number of themes that could be applied with the backdrop of models on the billboard and the fatman with the tatoos walking off the photo. A lot of context some complimentary, some competetive... all interesting. The only negative I see is the sky but... you had to be there.

Thank you all for your continued scrutiny of my photography. This as a part of my street photography jumped out at me as an oportunity to show that the subject may indeed elevate himself past the models faces that heavy with make up and internal conflict of womens interests may indeed drive them into the ground while the heavy set tatood man floats up above them ! The exposure on all of my prints is intentional. The sky vanished of course in this photo as I choose to shoot into the sun sometimes. I set my camera on manual and I like the results as my negatives end up quite dense. Since I print my own colour and black and white photos this benifits me later on when I print. Thanks for you comments, keep em coming!!!

mmm, this is so good, tells a story without preaching, offers context without obviousness, whispers that something is wrong

Looked almost through all your pics. Very creative. There is a mood in all of them - what I consider the most important. Titles are striking, titles are correct, titles are stories. Your pictures are like small stories and it is obvious what you want to tell by means of each one. Thank you, it was interesting:)

Frankly, I don't understand why some people's ratings of this were so low. This shot frankly leapt out at me from your portfolio. This has so many interesting things to say. Great work.
