andrewpgrant 0 Posted January 15, 2006 Okay, I'll bite... is it over the roof of a car? (Looks cool, by the way). Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted January 17, 2006 I knew you would hook Thorir with this bait. Link to comment
.th 0 Posted January 17, 2006 i knew something had to be rotten in denmark, but i never dared think of ... ... hooking!...,-! seriously jack, you agree with me on this one. that it's one fine image, right? though wesley, the three question marks as a title make it look something of a riddle, which i personally find that it takes all the magic away..! oh, and one small thing, is it just a tad blue?? and this concludes my public forum ranting for the day......! best - th Link to comment
wesleybrownphoto 0 Posted January 17, 2006 Ok, so I do need a new title...agreed. Too blue for Thorir?! Now, that's a surprise, but I do agree. I need to find the original file and rework probably. Ok, so you two geniuses have probably figured it out, but its the roof of a car and a bush in the background on a foggy day. The stick that looks like a little man was pure luck based on where on the roof I placed my camera, once again stuck without a tripod! (It was completely sunny 10 minutes before, when the fog moved in...fog in LA!) The key is often recognizing which images are worth keeping. As I continue to work on my technical abilities, I often think of myself of an art critic with a camera... Link to comment
lutz 3 Posted May 11, 2006 Great stuff here, congrats! And thanks for your nice comment. Fancy a print swap? Link to comment
wesleybrownphoto 0 Posted May 11, 2006 Seeing as I need to prepare one for my mother, who wants a print and is willing to do it at my usual minimum required size of 100 cm wide, I will have the file ready somewhat soon and will let you know. Seeing as I can't afford to do it myself now at that size, our swap would have to be smaller. You're in Switzerland, no? Link to comment
lutz 3 Posted May 12, 2006 Switzerland, yup, that's correct. I could fire up my Epson 2200 and produce a couple of 10"x13.5"s on archival matte for you if that format suits you. I could easily pick, say, three of yours I would like to see hanging on my walls. Cheers. Link to comment
