myprivateparty 0 Posted January 6, 2006 Tammy. I think you have all the ingredients for an excellent shot here. Somehow, I think that a higher perspective might have been more effective, up over the grass just a little more, and perhaps back off just a bit. Also, what you have here is the classic battle of exposure. You're in the shadows, so is the grass, but the tree in the background is in the bright sunlight. so, the trick is exposing without overexposing the tree, and without underexposing the grass.....quite tricky. In this case what I would do is actually under expose, essentially exposing for the highlights, and then do the apropriate adjusting in post process, like photoshop. I hope this helped.
