Thank you all for your input and kind words. This photo was taken using a Nikon F2 camera, Nikkor 24mm f2.8 lens at f16. I don't remember the exposure time. I didn't use a "real" ND filter but made 2 exposures (one for highlights and one for shadows) and then merged them in PS after scanning them on a Nikon Coolscan V scanner. The trick to it all of course is the use of Fuji Velvia 50 slide film :)

It's a gorgeous image. The colors are spectacular, and the depth, balance, detail are all spot on! Beautiful beautiful beautiful. You have captured the light very well. The picture is also strong compositionally. It was very exciting to see even the shadow areas were revealing details and texture. I don't like only the black frame with "lagoon". Bye!
