Any thoughts?

The point of sharp focus needs to be more strongly placed on the player's fingers. A different camera angle would also help. The distracting elements, namely the dark black area in the bottom right and the bright highlights just above that really draw the viewer's attention from the neck of the guitar. The combination of short depth of field and motion blur fight against any sense of a sharp placement of the subject matter.

Nice capture of motion. I like the sepia tones too.
