enrique laroche 0 Posted December 20, 2005 Flash reflections in her eyes a bit distracting is there another way to light it and bring out the eye color? Link to comment
drbtorcan 0 Posted December 20, 2005 You have selected a very lovely model, a nice pose, with nice hair, and interesting expression, and an interesting tie that lingers around her neck and caresses one of her very lovely breasts... If ratings where happening I would have done a 6/6, but I can't really say what would have made it a 7/7... It is a wonderful shot...I very much like it...perhaps a differnt expression might make it better, but I like the one there...and I like the shadows... I like most everything, and it is all very good...BRAVO! ...DAvid Link to comment
roim 0 Posted December 20, 2005 lovely model, nice pose and yeah nice pair of boobs. but I would take advantage of this model to perform an incredible lighting...maybe ring flash with strong make up...or some BW with lots of shadow....but still very sexy! cheers Link to comment
kim_ramsey 0 Posted December 20, 2005 I like artistic nudes too. This client was wanting more of a glam shoot. Link to comment
gb3 6 Posted December 20, 2005 Good composition. She is showing her will in this shot. It is sharp, but I wish that the eyes were even sharper ... they seem a tad bit soft (but it could be the flash?). Link to comment
d_f5 0 Posted December 20, 2005 nude - pleasant composition and skin tone - beautiful form - better light definition will add to picture Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 20, 2005 The photo is very nice the way it is. Better light definition might make it look like the model was shoplifting water balloons. Link to comment
gooseberry 0 Posted December 21, 2005 While I agree with both statements, I won't repeat that the model is lovely and that her breasts are attractive. Instead, let me focus on what I would have done differently: First, she's "falling" sideways; there is nothing to balance or explain why her torso is at an angle. Second, the bottom edge of the frame cropped her too high; either don't show her breasts at all (see the portrait version) or show them whole. Third, eyes indeed are soft. Four, she's standing too close to the wall behind her. And finally, the tie is okay, but I don't like it going back up behind her as it doesn't add anything (this might be a personal preference though). Hope you've found my feedback constructive -- it was certainly given in good faith! Cheers, -Tomasz Link to comment
kim_ramsey 0 Posted December 21, 2005 wow...thanks so much for your input. I agree that my crop was too tight on this photo. the breast chopped where it is, was ackward looking to me too. Yes, I know she was too close to the wall...that was her desire though. Her breast are very beautiful in this shot. I guess that is why I never considered cropping them completely out. However, after seeing them cropped out. I'm quite fond of it that way. Thanks so much for your input. It is greatly appreciated! Link to comment
owp 0 Posted December 29, 2005 Kim, this is a great shot. I find the tie in the lower right a little distracting. Her angle is a little too uneasy. Lastly, her eyes seem a little soft, but not a big deal in my opinion. Link to comment
nicholasprice 0 Posted December 29, 2005 Kim, I like the composition - you have produced a photograph which is real fun! If you were to set it up again, try not to crop out the bottom of her right breast, and including the elbows may or may not be more aesthetic. Regards, Nick. Link to comment
GerrySiegel 868 Posted January 6, 2006 I like Tomek's recrop too. Maybe this is a case of mammary glands versus a lovely face for attention. (I never thought I'd write that but I think so) If she were more, really more of a nude torso pose,my thoughts would be altogether different. Also, glamour for this lady might be something a little different. But if she liked it,hey. Link to comment
