nicole_morozz 0 Posted December 12, 2005 I'm confused... what do I like more... blur of background, foreground or... anyway I like it) If you look carefully there many two-headed eagles even upside down, all over... Oh, Mother Nature, God blessed you. Link to comment
lgreene 0 Posted December 12, 2005 Very cool idea. It now looks like an orchid or lady slipers. I like how it looks foreign but natural. Link to comment
germainclaude 0 Posted December 12, 2005 I've always been fascinated by mirrored pictures. I made many ones but I don't dare to post them on pn. In the center of this one I see a face with little eyes. Beautiful ! Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted December 12, 2005 It's a deer - eyes closed - ears - antlers - tapered jaw - jaaa ...... surprised Leann didn't see that - (-; Link to comment

watermark_of_merni 14 Posted December 13, 2005 Interesting input, I'm enjoying looking for what you see in my photo. Thanks everyone! Link to comment
kim_tural 0 Posted December 13, 2005 I had your photo up on my monitor, left the room and when I came back I saw it as a beautiful stained glass window. What a lovely pattern you have created. You have a good eye to see the possibilities of this composite as a mirror image. The colours jump off the screen and I think your frame suits it very well. Link to comment
watermark_of_merni 14 Posted December 13, 2005 I think you hit on a fact of why I like this. The glow and warmth of this is similar to stained glass. I may soon have to post a photo of my s.g.w .I appreciate your visit as always! Link to comment
watermark_of_merni 14 Posted December 13, 2005 I love your abstract and thank you for it! It reminds me of the moment and the view before I would throw myself on my sled then tackle the snow covered hills. Please let me know if you do post yours. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted December 14, 2005 Not only do I see a face in the centre, I see a "witch figure" in the centre portion, her collar folded up to the neck & above both sides of her head, her ballooning cloak, her stretching hands within her sleeves. My imagination runs wild ^o^ Link to comment
alexandra rauh 0 Posted December 15, 2005 Merni, before the storm comes. This a artwork again.I love the center,I see an angle with wings. The depth carrying me away into nowhere, where it is beautiful..Happy holidays, hope You have lots of candles. Link to comment
watermark_of_merni 14 Posted December 20, 2005 Cherlyn I too see the figure, it's collar and cloak. What a great description! Alexandra I'd most like to think the center contains an angel and those are its wings, as you mentioned. Yes we had plenty of candles and firewood. Now there's a big mess left from the ice storm, we lost a few trees. Link to comment
j_m_lee_photography 0 Posted December 20, 2005 I see the Sanctuaries of nature. I like the color and is very pleasing to the eyes. Thanks Merni, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. ;~) Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted December 22, 2005 Excellent capture,Merni. I agree with what Cherlyn has commented. The image reminds me of frescoes in Tibatian monstaries, depicting scenes of another world. Link to comment

sallycd 0 Posted December 5, 2006 Merni, I saw so many forms here thatI can not say just in case there minorsviewing your art. I'll just say it looked like male and femalereproductive organs on top of the other. There is a body of a pregnant abdomen too. I wonder how I missed this last year. Happy Holidays! merni. watermark_of_merni 14 Posted December 9, 2006 Hello Paula and Sally, Nice to see your comments and thanks for bringing back to see this again. I've always liked the glow of the colors in this and then finding the different forms. You're both right with your interpretation, I do see it too. When I rotate a photo I keep it only if I like what has transformed. There is not an exact meaning to this photo except for what we find. This one took several attempts and time, until it made sense to me, as a composition. Thank You again for visiting! Link to comment
