I love th idea and the way you did it. It really gives me the feeling that you had found a real time machine. It's a fun idea.

A nice feeling to both foreground and background, but it's unfortunate that there is such an obvious dark band across the centre which keeps the two apart and makes this two pictures. Looking more closely I think it is a wall which is particularly fitting since it stops my eye travelling in a continuous movement from foreground to background. Another way in which this falls down is that the background appears to be out of focus. It is usual to expect this type of shot to use a small aperture and have ther lens set to hyperfocal distance so that it is sharp throughout. This further contributes to the sense of disjointedness. It's still a good attempt and has a degree of impact. 5/5

Thank you for all your comments...This shot is taken in Istrian small town "Sovinjak" (Croatia)...Yes,the wall is disturbing a little but it is there...you cant do much about that...I sharp a little more the FG and thats why BG look little out of focus but it is not...just want to give more impact to the FG.

Very dramatic. I agree that he wall is a little distracting, but it could also mean that time is frozen in the FG and the ragged clouds in the distance give a great impression of movement with time. I also particularly like the reflection in the left of the clock-face. A sad image....

Jeff, what you meant by natural? The conversion is made from the raw file in which nothing is pasted or added...i must admitt that i clone out some branches on the sky part which are really disracting...and thats all...if you want i will send you original raw file in small jpeg file!
