This is what the water acutally looks like. I was standing on the pier.

It looks like it has a strong green/cyan color cast. You might try correcting in PS. This is daylight balanced. I also cropped a bit from the top and right.

 

The white balance is way off, so maybe the water looked green and cyan, but the white's should not have. The original definitely has a strong color cast. You don't necessarily need to correct it (depending on your tastes), but it is good to know that it is there.

beign from thejuno area it is pretty neat to see a shot like this up on this board. as said the white balance is off. and the other surfer paddling out in the top left corner should be cropped. I have surfed most of my life so this shot does not have the impact for myself as it might for others. The action is missing...is he getting up or backing out of the wave? thanks for sharing though!
