The guitarists are great (left better than right). I am not worried by the singer's totally blurred head, but the fact that it is on the edge of the frame, and that his lower legs have almost disappeared is more of a problem, as is his burnt out hand. I think you've used a flash with a slow shutter speed, which is a good technique to try, but it could have worked better for you.

Great work, try using a faster lens like f2.8 or 1.8 and use an faster ISO like 800. I HATE using flash in band work as it take away the mood of the lighting on the night. I have some images on www.momentsintime.co.nz if yoou want to have a look at images with no flash work.
