Made with Eos 7E/Sigma f1.8 20mm on my only sunny day in Hawaii (I

was there for work!). For those who have never visited the area I

strongly urge getting out of bed on a Sunday morning to visit the

Memorial. To be honest....my eyes were filled with tears...it is a

very moving location...especially if you happen to be a military

veteran.

Anyway...this photo was shot on Sensia 400 and scanned. Light

correction in PS to include a bit of skew in order to correct

the "horizon" line. What do you experts think?

Certainly not an expert but will offer an opinion. Been there and it is a very bright place, especially on sunny days. Why so dark?

The only explaination I can offer is that I was on the first boat out that day....I guess i was more focused on the light play and did not want to go popping fill flash out of respect.
