Have you seen an old movie by Carl Dreyer, La passion de Jean d'Arc? This girl, the perspective and this splendid b&w, remids me that film. Very good.

An unusual angle that works very well to capture a lot of emotion which makes me happy or sad i'm not sure but I like it a lot

Her sad mood is captured well by the use of BW, I really like the simplicity of the background in this picture.

This is a little Georgian lady (age of 8-10) preparing for a national folk dance. She's very shy seeing a photo-camera staring at her.

Background: a bit cloudy evening sky.

Another example of very good b&w handling IMO (let alone the sensitive, terrific capture of her expression, of course). I had to get used to the white halo around her face, but the angling is perfect, the lock of hair a fine touch, and that look is delightfully unscrutable.
