A love story so magically portrayed. Perfection; the couple, the cloud and light, the birds, the minaret, truly an image full of grace and harmony.

well, if u happen 2 b on the eastern side of Dewan E Aam [ hall of public audience, a 40 pillar building where the Emperor used 2 address ministers & the public ], u'll see the Shahi Mosque minarets towering over the Fort stairs of the same section. The compression is further enhanced through tele lens. pigeons r surprisingly the decendants of origional race kept by the Mughals..some of them r removed through cloning as they were placed oddly in the sky. regards.

Umair Bhai.

Is this the Badshahi Mosque which is across the courtyard from Alamgiri Gate of the Lahore Fort.

The Mosque which is made up entirely of red sand-stone was built by Emperor Aurangzeb, the last of the great Mughals, in a record time of two and-a-half years. Its construction was completed by 1674 AD. It has a beautiful gate-way which measures 21.33 meters in.

Regards

If this is an unmanipulated image (i.e. not a composite) then I think this is a really an outstanding capture!!

Umair, just tell them this is a composite. It's an ok work of photo art. But pay more attention to details next time. I don't think the sun behind the clouds could have lit up the poles at the top right corner in that fashion. Compositionally you put everything in one picture as a result the picture is a little too busy to my liking. I wish the two figures were smaller.

dear abdiel waheed, there r no poles in that premises..what u see in the upper right corner r few of the 40 pillars of the Akbar's Hall of Public Audience [ Dewan E Aam ]. i suggest taking a 2nd look @ it. i cologned some birds & added some 2 cover up the empty space @ top left corner. when u use a 300mm focal length with 1.6 digital crop factor, it exceeds 400 mm & figures normally appear larger due 2 extra compression they gain..i decided 2 let them stay like that..it was taken from slightly lower angle..regards!

Thanks for the response. But obviously you chose not to answer the key question here. That's ok :)

"1.6 digital crop" then "due 2 extra compression" ... You got a "Master Degree In English Literature"? ^++^
