Rice fields in Infrared light

Northern Peru is well known with its quality rice production. This fields with coconut palms

I found close to the Pan-American Highway about 20km north from the city of Piura when

returning from Ecuador. I like that 100% contrast in IF light between rice plants and

ground. The only modification I made cropping the lowermost portion of the frame.

Intresting, i like the compostion. The cossing lines in the front and the stright rows of trees in back. Very cool picture.

The geometric elements of this make it a very good abstract and the IR makes it surreal. Very nice work.
