.th 0 Posted October 3, 2005 unpretensious, straight forward. the composition feels "real", perhaps more so because of the few things one might be tempted to critisize (picture frame too high, table corner bottom right), i like it. i especially like the colors, but my screen is a low contrast one so it's hard for me to guess how it would look on a "normal" one. i just took a quick look at the rest of your portfolio, you have some really interesting images there. i need to make time to have a closer look soon.. best - th Link to comment

orensztajn 0 Posted October 10, 2005 Is a very nice picture, an everyday picture that we no not see. As it is said above, the table at the low corner could have been avoided. Look at one photogrpher named Pieter ten Hoopen, it is from Holland but lives in Sweden, he has some of these ind of photos. (he is my idol too ;-) ). Rgds and thanks for your comments in my picture. graham boyd 0 Posted October 10, 2005 Gustavo, thanks for your comment. I tried to find an on-line gallery of Pieter ten Hoopen, but did not find much. If you have a link, please let me know. As for the table edge on the bottom--I like that look and don't know why. Seems to be part of an abstract balance of all elements in the scene. Thanks again for your input. Link to comment

graham boyd 0 Posted October 11, 2005 Ernst, thank you for viewing and commenting. I appreciate it very much. Gustavo, thanks for the links. You are right, he is a terrific photographer. In my opinion, though, Ernst Landgrebe and you are just as good. Best --GB Link to comment
