Joan, you controlled depth of field perfectly here but that it is not a surprise considering your skill for macro work. Unique colours. One of the most eye-catching images in your macro folder - it has its own special atmosphere.

Thanks for your gentle words, Michal. This shot was taken under controlled conditions in a culture pot with flash lighting. These little and fast flies made me try several approaches till caught right scenery and right pose. Glad you liked it ;)
