Lovely portrait!

I like it for the perfect pose of the modell and the perfect contrast/light - just great. I'm not sure about the background and the crop. I'd preffered a darker background and perhaps a bit a tigther crop to focus more on the face. But it's just me, maybe.

Nice pose. The transition between the child and the background is too hard. It is too obvious that it is an edited photo, you should feather the selection or blur the contour to smooth the transition. Nice picture.

Thanks to you all. Dominic, I agree. For some reason this was really noticable after I posted. On my ******** copy I used the blur tool and smoothed it out a bit. My husband and I both agreed that he looks as if he is floating in space. Maybe a darker background would help??
