jason_mckenna 0 Posted August 24, 2005 Is the sky real - or rather, was it shot with the foreground? The reason that I ask is that it seems to have noise but the foreground doesn't. Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted August 24, 2005 Not sure how you captured this but it's a stunning image. It feels like two separate photos that blend to make one fabulous image. Link to comment

labuenaluz 0 Posted August 25, 2005 Beautifully arranged and great landscape!, like very much the foreground morphology display Link to comment
drfl 0 Posted August 25, 2005 The sky depicted in this photograph was actually the sky that occurred when this photograph was taken. It is not a merger, simply a product of timing and a little luck. Link to comment
kristina1 0 Posted August 25, 2005 Love the color! Great that you had the "luck" (as you mentioned) to be at the right place at the right time to capture this. The pinkish hues in the rocks really pick up the pinkish hues in the clouds well. Good job! Link to comment
jarnott 0 Posted August 25, 2005 You may wat to try sharpening the ground half only and not the sky. This will reduce the noise in the sky. Very nice anyway. What ISO was this shot at? Link to comment

pdoyle 0 Posted August 27, 2005 Beautiful picture! It's unusual to have the foreground lit so well, and so nicely detailed, in a sunset picture. I guess the sun was setting somewhere behind you? Well captured! Link to comment
