Bellows replacement on GS645 are fairly easy done by yourself, order one (app. 50$) from LEEfilter www.leefilters.co.uk

I had my bellows replaced by Fuji at its Edison NJ facility. They were reasonably quick, did an excellent job, and the charge was also reasonable. I also had them do a CLA at the same time. Check out the repairs information on their website at:

Unless there is another way of doing it, replacing the bellows

is fairly time consuming. You must dismount the lens assembly

from its pivot to even get to the interior screws.

I would send it to Fuji or another qualified repair place

if they are willing to work on it. In

the past Fuji were unwilling to do so.

Well gents, I sent the little Fuji off to Camera Wiz after a short conversation with him.

 

He got the camera on April 21 and it was back at my door on April 26. Amazing! Services were bellows replacement (w/Fuji bellows), frame-counter repair and a general CLA (no major service). Charges were $48 parts and $80 service, imho _very_ reasonable.
