Subscription Renewal

only had it extended by 1 year instead of 1 1/2 years; could you

Maybe I'm missing something here...I've posted this question twice (plus sent an e-mail), and still haven't received an answer or action, but yet the same question posted in a more rude manner gets addressed by PN administration.<p>

To me, if member subscription is important to PN, then answering these type of simple questions should take priority over responding to rants and whines over low ratings, etc...but what do I know?

One guy takes care of the site and subscriptions... he can't be all places at once. Give it some time & he'll get here & see this.

Heather, I think that Arnie has been VERY patient--he's been waiting 3 months for a reply!

 

I posted a similar question yesterday regarding my subscription. Like Arnie, I received no response to my query.

 

How much effort does it take for someone to type (copy and paste, actually), the simple reply: "Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'll look in to it."

 

Let me answer the question for you--very little!
