Help me compare Nikon F55 vs Canon EOS 300 pls

Tell me which one better? and is Nikon F55 good for begginer? how

about Nikon Lens?

May I respectfully recommend the Nikon N80.

A beginner doesn't stay a beginner. If you want the greatest ease of using manual exposure and full, direct access to all the meters, focussing modes, exposure modes, ISO ratings, etc., the F80/N80 is best, if you can afford it (and it's really very cheap for the quality and abilities of this camera).

IMO The Canon 300v is quite a bit better than the F55.

 

If I may also suggest, take Pierre and Dave's suggestions and go for an F80 --

I realise that whenever anyone ask for advise on F75/65/55, everyone suggests a F80. I wonder how is Nikon ever gonna sell any F75/65/55...

 

But it will be great if they can make more F80 and make it cheaper..
