exp.
Hello, I need an advice on something I've never done before, and frankly, about something I know nothing about. Since I know nothing on thissubject please don't be cruel to me :)I want to try to make some sort of studio portraits, but right know Ican't afford any basic studio lighting, meaning I have to try toimprovise something. So my question is, is it possible to use this type of reflector as amain or fill light? This particular reflector uses a 250W T type bulb. If possible thenI'd buy probably two more stronger reflectors, maybe one 500W and one1000W, or two 500W.Please let know if can use this type of light. Please include anysuggestion you may have. Thanks to all of you!!! Regards!
ellis_vener_photography
before you buy anymore lights, buy a copy of Matters of Light and Depth by Ross Lowell. It is a fundamental guide to how to start thinking about how to use light.
