Olympus Winder Caps

Dear photo.net users,

 

I am a relatively new user of the OM-1 system. Having bought a

camera body I was disappointed to discover the winder cap was

missing and the 'cavity' patched with insulating tape. To fic this,

I put a winder on it! However on occasions the winder is

impractical - where can I obtain a replacement winder cap?

 

I have searched ebay fruitlessly!

First, check in the battery compartment of your winder. There is a slot for storing the cap in there, and a lot of the "lost" caps are sitting in winders. If it's not there, I found two auctions for these when I searched eBay:

I had a quick peek in the battery compartment but alas, no cap was left in it by its previous owner. The link to the ebay sites is very warmly appreciated though!
