rene_theberge
Hi, I've looked around here and at other sites for an answer, but can't seem to find it. Does the Pentax 67 II have a depth field preview function. If not, how do those of you who have this camera compensate? Thanks for your help. matt_needham
All older and recent model lenses for P67 cameras that I've seen have a DOF preview.
robert meier
Depth of Field preview is on each lens, not on the camera.
sumo_kun
Yup, there's a little slider on every lens which lets you manually close the aperture down.
dougmiles
Yes, and Pentax did it very nicely too; better than on the 35mm-format Takumars. The lens's DoF preview lever is spring-loaded so you can shove it over briefly to check and then it'll spring back when released. Or, you can choose to latch the lever in the stopped-down position, and it'll stay there until you unlatch it. Handy!
