photom
I already spent $150 for the L-Grip. Is there anything besides the Mamiya attachment (manuf. by Stroboframe) that might work to get the flash centered and in front of (out of the way of) the viewfinder? The Mamiya bracket is about $260 plus the adapter for the flash and is backordered to boot. http://www.mamiya.com/products2.asp? id=1&id2=8&id3=33&id4=1051&id5=1860
mediumformat
Sell your Mamiya bracket and get the now-discontinued Stroboframe Pro-SQ bracket. It can still be found used, and is the best medium format bracket IMO. There are anti-twist plates designed just for the RZ-67 and this bracket. <p> Other great features of this bracket are a "kickstand" that allows the bracket to standup with camera and flash attached -- very handy for picking/putting down the unit. It has an easily adjustible flash arm that can put the flash 18" above the camera. You can also adjust the flash in 12 click-stop positions for bounce. <p> I use a Lumedyne head on mine and the bracket is really great. Shop around because you can find them used for $60-$70. <p> http://www.adorama.com/SB310705.html <p> R.J.
claus_stensgaard
Will the Stroboframe Pro-SQ bracket work with a Canon 550EX on a RZ67Pro ?
