lutz
Roger, I'll chime in. Very inspiring pics. Congrats. Southwark my favourite. Many of the b/ws have a colour cast, almost duotone. Maybe hence the PS remark. What's the drill on these?
m_.
another "best in show" vote goes to young girl but all great images. well done, roger.
roger_michel
ah --- the color cast. i have for decades used forte fortezo semi-matte DW graded FB paper, heavily selenium toned for permanance and color effect. fortezo produces a rich sepia when toned. i am addicted to that look. i do reproduce that in PS with all my scanned images, my goal is to reproduce the darkroom effect i am used to as closely as possible. thanks again!! and ps -- wentong, you are a real gentleman. i have learned a lesson from your gracious example. thanks!! karl_georg_wolf
Roger, really fine photographs. Thanks for your postings. I also vote for the >girl on the train< as my favourite one, great shot indeed ... Best regards

Allen Herbert
Wow, Roger, you get around ! I thought you lived in Hawaii. Then I read you were in New York. Now your feet are following mine, on one of my stomping grounds. Small world. Nice shots, I particularly liked the girl on the train.
joseph_walsh2
ONE DAY!? This is a LOT of good images for relatively little time. You certainly have a high success rate. Your vision and skill compliment each other, as I do you. Thanks for posting this fine work, Roger.
joseph_walsh2
BTW Roger, RE: your people photographs at close range...:do you like to shoot first and talk later (or not at all) or do you prefer to engage in conversation, ask permission and then shoot? Or something else?
roberto_watson_garc_a
Roger I like the cart sinked and girl reflexing in a train window, nice, both very simple images, yet profound, like the read of both pictures and you seem in those more in control of the frame.
