edhebert
I threw a Wratten 25A filter on my Konica s2 on Sunday, and took a walk down along the Cape Cod National Seashore and around my nearby hometown. I was very pleasantly surprised with how well the camera behaved. I know I've said it in past posts, but I really think this lens is a super performer. I'd never shot IR film with it before, so here are a few photographs to show you how the camera performed. If you'd like to see a few more, I've posted them to http://www.theblueocean.com/ed/gallery/album04<div></div>

edhebert
BTW, if you have any critiques of these images themselves, I'd be glad to get your input.
bj_bignell
Ed, I really like the texture of the first shot. I also like the last picture of the small house/shed. What grips me about that picture is the black, black sky surrounding the structure. Absolutely beautiful... BJ
connealy
Very nicely done. Certainly some of the best photos I've seen in the forum. Also thought you had some excellent images on you site; I particularly liked that opening shot of the church.
mdunker
Love the photos! It took me most of the day, but I finally figured out what drew my attention to the first tree shot. It appears that the tree and rock are in front of a painted backdrop. They look separated from the rest of the scene. A very unique look. Some other wonderful shots on the web page you listed. Thanks.
amalexander
Ed, Outstanding photos, both here and on your web page. I just purchased an Auto S2 myself and this is truly inspirational. By the way I am also very envious of your shooting locale, I just love that area of the country. Harry Callahan is probably looking down and giving you a gracious nod as well. jim bob
Very nice photos. Please describe your technique. Do you use the automatically selected f stop as measured throught the filter? Plus how do adjust focus for infrared film? Thank you.
