john_mauser
Everyone talks about the 3001 and 3021 but what about the 3011? I've seen these legs for $106 at Adorama. They seem very comparable to the 3021, at least for size and weight. What are the main differences in these two leg sets. Also, what's the cheapest place you've seen online for bogen legs? Thanks, John
buck_rogers1
I believe that the legs on the 3011 do not have multiple angle adjustments. One angle is all that you get.
john y.k. lee
One day in my rush to get a good solid tripod, I bought a used 3011. It is definitely worth the money, but as the previous poster mentioned, the legs cannot be extended any more than one particular angle. Hence, ground-level shooting is impossible. Forget macrophotography with this tripod.
