atelier voor fotografie
Dear P.N. men & Women,After some months of showing my work and being inspired by this site, i feel kind of guilty that i didn't subscribed yet. The reason is that i am a poor artist and on top of that; i have no creditcard! Is there any alternative way to pay! Like.... sending a print of your choice, to decorate the walls of the P.N. office? Please, let me know.Thank you, Floris Andrea.

._._z
How do you pay for internet access?
john falkenstine
"Poor artist". Floris, you are a Dutchman. Why do Scots and Dutch often sound similar? (Linguistically speaking)because they're ethically related? While Scots are stingy, Dutch are...thrifty...Since the EURO is now on top, Floris, take advantage of the situation....photo.net needs you and your humor AND your images.....(I'm buttering him up here as a sales pitch)However, he has a point. Photo.net needs to come up with a system to accept payments. What is needed here is a photo.net account that will accept wire transfers. Then all Floris needs to do is go to his local bank branch and wire the funds over.
frank_oddsocks
If I can settle a stock trade by going into a suburban bank branch and depositing money in the broker's account (together with an account number) it ought to be possible for photo.net to work that way too. What is so hard about opening half a dozen accounts in Boston, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Melbourne?
john falkenstine
Those accounts are not free....
frank_oddsocks
No, they're not free, and I also forgot for a moment that there would probably have to be a corporation in each territory in order to handle the VAT receipts. In the case of Australia, you must submit 5 tax returns per year and are not allowed to "trade while insolvent".
mindseye1
FLORIS How about this alternative, I'll pay your subscription in return for a print. If that works for you send me a mail and we'll work it out. Paul
