leeuwtje
Hi all, I'm still sort of a newbie in studio work and have after 1,5 year come to a point that it gets easier for me to "make studio pictures". But somehow I have the idea that my learning curve is stopping. I can't manage to make my photo's more jumping out, or screaming from emotion. HJave some of you experienced this? How did you come over it. Also do you have any suggestions for my studio photography? Thanks a lotLeeuwtje
leanne_newton
Go shoot outside of the studio for a while. I find that a change of pace helps a lot. From what I see you've posted, your studio work looks very classic ( not a good thing-- I don't mean timeless). There is a lot more you could be experimenting with in the studio technically, and you could work on styling/makeup/hair/ideas a lot more too. But first, get out for a while, fresh air will help get your creativity going again....
twmeyer
try taking the studio light out of your studio, like to a party. Seamless gets boring in a hurry. Maybe you could try working on the set (backgrounds/environment) a little more, or shoot in someone's home... t<div></div>
