anthony_m1
Mick says: Costco prints 12x16 for only 2.99, in which I turn around and sell for $150. Do you know how much profit that is? when framed $200.... Costco is awesome. I consider it a pro lab. I get a pro lab experience when I go there. They print on the same machines as pro labs, use the same materials, I see no reason why I should pay more.
Steven Spielberg just called, he wants his imagination back! Did you sell that sunset for 200.00, or was it the kid on the dirt bike, or the nuthatches, or the Old Faithful pic? Can you give us a glimpse of your work? mick_canis
I havent put any work on the net in over 2 months. #1 because it gets stolen, #2 because I havent.. I have done sooo much work for money... but I never keep the negs, just the prints sometimes, just because I dont care about them. I keep the negs to whatever I took for myself. dmitry_apresian
With shoting Velvia I get nice slide which has as I have read somewhere about 60-80MP.

Let's see if my math is correct. Using a lens with 100 lpmm resolution you'd get a 2400x3600 (8.24 MP) slide. To get to 60-80MP you'll need a lens with resolving power of 270-310 lpmm and subsequently a scanner with 6400-7200 DPI. Are there lenses/scanners that have such a high resolution or am I completely off the tracks?
