roger_michel Posted September 14, 2003 Share Posted September 14, 2003 i made a list of all the people who signed, put it in alphabetical order by last name (with first name -- or title in mr k's case -- as the tie breaker), and then paired the first name with the last name, the second with penultimate, etc. please contact your partner either thru the email or via arrangements you can make within this thread. all of the participants are well-known posters here so their their last names should be familiar. if there is any confusion i can supply the last names. please email me at RO[NO SPAM]GERLMICHEL@yahoo.com if there are any problems (take out the [NO SPAM]). thanks for participating. the pairings are as follows: [ralph b with skip w]; [bill c with bas w]; [jon c with arnell u]; [john f with bob t]; [doug k with patrick s]; [eric k with lee s]; [lutz k with andy p]; [manu f with grady o'c]; [todd f with roger m]; [mr k with chip l]; [scott k with don l]. 22 people in the end. not bad at all for a first try at this. thanks again. roger_michel Posted September 14, 2003 Author Share Posted September 14, 2003 just to remind people where we ended up on "rules": we decided colour or b&w, inkjet, rc or fiber. the only requirement was that the print be "gallery quality"; that is, printed on either double weight photo paper or arches (or similar) plain paper in the case of ink jet prints. the bottom line is that everyone should get something of equally high quality in terms of presentation. the idea is just to make things fair, nothing more. thanks again!!
