matt_m__toronto_
good call on the "not wanting to piss them off" comments. i do agree. since they are paying the shipping, i originally wanted to fill a box with some soil or a cinder block, but, i agree, that that could be playing with some disaster. how about just signing her (his) email up for loads of junk mail and scam websites??? too far?;-) however, i would still like to get the fake cheque sent to my postal box (not home address) and report this whole incident to the authority. but alas, she may have left me, as i've yet to hear back from her when i started talking gear and asking tech questions about her situation. *sigh* what a world. mottershead
Matt, don't start playing around, and having "fun" with the situation. That would be nuts. If you want to do anything, report it to the authorities and do what they tell you to do.
