I appreciate that the site is run on a non-commercial basis, but to wait over a week seems too long. It is not encouraging users to sign up if they have to wait too long for a response. zcreem Posted June 19, 2003 Share Posted June 19, 2003 A week is not long if you payed on the 11 Wed then PN got the message maybe Thur or Fri then we have a Weekend so it is maybe 3 or 4 days not that long really. <br>BTW it took 3 months before I got mine, but few polite emails did the trick, it is probably more effective than bad mouthing on the forums. 180 subscribers so far this month thats 12 working days, that works out out 15 a day at 15 mins per subscription thats 3.75 hors per day just to register folks. I sent a couple of e-mails, and eventually asked Bob Atkins about it. Bob said that Brian was tied up with hardware installation issues, so I guess we just have to be patient.
