Automat film problem.

Hi,

 

I got my Rollei Automat X back last week from the shop and I have been

having a problem with the film, It seems the film counter moves to 1

to early and this results in me getting only 10 shots per roll.I could

be the film, which is TX 400, but I doubt it. Any input would be

appreciated.

I would return it to the shop: The feeler mechanism is quite complicated and something you cannot do yourself. But maybe if you advance the film to point where the arrow on the film back is on the lower edge of the camera it could work - at least it does so on the (simpler constructed) T models.
