gee-bug
I bought a used Luna-Pro Digital F today at the Denver "Camerama" show. It came with a quick reference card, but didn't have the full instruction manual. I've figured everything out except for the "COR" mode. I know that it is for exposure compenstion, but I'm not quite sure how it works, e.g., what does "rF" mean when you push the "M" button? Any help on this or other tips and tricks about this meter would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
bill_akstens
I recently bought this same meter and am just beginning to learn how to use it. I have not used the COR mode, but from what I see in the manual rF stands for "reference" measurement, which is displayed digitally depressing the M button in the CORrection mode. Measurement requires a continuous light source. The manual further states " insert the light-reducing filter (ND filter) in the optical path and press the measuring button. The light reducing factor in stops, and the extension factor, automatically appear on the display. Pressing the function buttons transfers the correction values to the memory. The box around COR appears when a correction value was entered. The COR value is now automatically considered in all subsequent measuring functions." Hope this helps.
