Pentax 6x7 MLU Film Advance

My Pentax 6x7 MLU continues to cock the shutter after all the

exposures are shot. I must then fire the shutter several times to

roll up the film trailer. I have a non MLU model that upon

reaching the ten exposures, then allows me to advance the

trailer to the end without having to trip the shutter after each

advance. It acts like it's stuck in 220 mode, but the selector is set

to 120. Any thoughts?

I have one body that acts this way as well, and two that act the way they are supposed to. The choice is to keep using it that way, or pay $300 to get it fixed. I personally think that this is a no-brainer, considering that properly working replacement MLU bodies only sell for $300-400 on ebay.
