Compur electronic #1 in 90mm SA 5.6

Just a wild attempt at the impossible. I am familiar with this type of shutter, but in this case it is enclosed in a mount for the Linhof Aero Technika 45EL mount. The shutter is fired with an 18V power supply that charges the shutter and then fires it. Sometimes it doesn't work and that suggests to me that there is a bad (dirty) electical contact some where inside. I need to take it apart to see - any advice. Linhof expert will not attempt at the moment because of lack of parts, but my experience is telling me it is just bad (dirty) contacts.

I do have two other lenses in the same mount that work perfectly: 150mm Symmar-S and 250 Tele Arton.
