northern_light
After I changed a lens on my Canon 6D this morning, I can't remove the lens anymore. The lens is Simga 105mm Macro. I had never had such an experience before. For the construction of the lens mount, the cause must be the camera, but not the lens. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue other than sending it to a camera repair shop? Edited November 20, 2023 by northern_light
wgpinc
Pipe wrench. (Maybe better not.) Get it to an authorized Canon repair person. Something is jammed and needs a good technician to diagnose it and hopefully fix it. May not be cheap. I don't recall having to have anything repaired by Canon. Check out Canon service center USA. https://www.usa.canon.com/support/service-and-repair
Mark Keefer
Good luck. Sounds awful. Keep us posted as to the resolution. 😵 Cheers, Mark
