I have Nikon D60 and lens Sigma 70-200 AF 2.8 need best setting for the night soccer game

I did try a few sitting all has a very bad resolution or not Bure photos at all can you explain 

Which option I can use to get the best quality?

I'm a camera beginner

OK, set the camera to M... with shutter at 1/750 & aperture at f2.8 and ISO to AUTO.

This will mean @ 1/750 you have a good chance of freezing motion.

This will mean @ f2.8 you let the maximum light into the lens/camera.

AUTO ISO means the camera will adjust the ISO to get the best exposure for you with the other settings you've chosen.

If the D60 has it, you could also choose 'Running Man' from the auto dial as long as flash is disabled.
