That's excellent allen herbert. A couple of shots from last friday night and our ritual attending the club - my stepson won the 'chook raffle', so we have had endless variations of chook meals this week.  With my monochrom and go to 75mm lens. Regards, Arthur (apiarist1).

I will add one more shot. A good friend, and I have few left, came for lunch today. And he will leave soon. No chemo, no radiation, just go, they apparently said. And I am in my cups. Wayne, that's his name. Lived a rough life, but was a good friend. "Cast a cold eye on life, on death. Horseman ride by".

So, another shot, this time with a bessa R and summitar  50mm lens: A number of things to remember: always take the lens cap off (I got three usable shots); always remember to set the ASA correctly (I used lomography 'Berlin", 400 ASA, but the camera set to 100 ASA); and focussing. A person I mwt in our local park. Bad lighting, high contrast. Ilfosol 3.
