Help with a P30+ Back

Hello - I have a P30+ digital back that I attach to my RZ Pro II. I recently got a new M1 computer with Monterey. I can get the back to attach and be recognized by Capture One v.11 but when I hit the shutter, it won't capture. Nothing comes in to either C1 or Mac Finder. I attach the camera via an OWC Thunderbolt 3 docking station. I've attached an old FW800 hard drive to my new computer via the docking station and it works fine (reads, writes, etc).

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
