chris_david
I got my 10D Monday and love it. I did get one error code 99taking a quick series of pictures with the flash. I turned the cameraoff and on and it went away. Anyone else get this or any other bug yet?
nick_doan
Do you know what error code 99 means? (Don't have a 10D, but the more I read about it, the more I like it!)
chris_david
Error code 99 is "an error other than the above..".
johnlund
The docs say "Remove and reinstall the battery."<br/> <br/> Error/troubleshooting information is found at the back of the manual. The 10D's error codes are on page 171 of the "hardware" guide. An <a href="http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/customer/manual.html">electronic copy is available online</a>. vesa_perala
I have seen this error code (99) mentioned by users using Sigma lenses (incompatibility problems). Whis lens did you use? Vesa
chris_david
The lens was a Canon 28-135mm IS.
chris_tennyson
you said a quick series of photos.... if you fill the buffer the d30 and 60 would flash errors of some sort to make you wait till it had finished saving... I just got my 10D about 15 minutes ago, so I havent seen this one...
chris_tennyson
update... I just did it on mine, and all it says is busy... so I guess its not a buffer issue.. Nevermind :P
