brambor
Ok, I'm not too gullible but I've been shopping for a D30/60 and while browsing the Yahoo Auctions forums I found that one seller sold a D10 yesterday for $900, D60 for $800 and NIKON Coolpix 5700 for $700. Did all three buyers get scammed yesterday or is it possible to buy these units for so little?
nick_doan
Since the D10 just shipped yesterday at $1500, I would guess that somebody got scammed.

NK Guy
A highly desirable and hard to get camera being auctioned off for 2/3 the value of its street price? I don't think so. I'd say either the buyers were scammed bigtime or else these are fake auctions with fake buyers set up so that the seller can reel someone else in later. bobatkins
I'd say at least one person got scammed. Maybe two. Possibly three. A 10D for $900 is impossible. A D60 for $800 is highly unlikely, a 5700 for $700 isn't impossible. Don't be greedy or that number may soon be four. Fair low-end prices might be $750 on a D30, $1100 on a D60. Anything less than $1499 on a 10D is HIGHLY questionable.
daniel flather
It's easy to quote a low price when you know you do have to deliver. <BR> Any old salesman will tell you that.
doug_lee__cinnaminson__nj
The lowest legitimate price I have seen a 10D for is $1,399.99. My dealer is selling them for that. But, his first 2 shipments are sold out (he hasn't received them, yet) and his waiting list is growing.
brambor
Here is the auction link. Now the guy is selling 1D for 1600 or less. I decided not to pursue this but it sure is tempting. http://page.auctions.shopping.yahoo.com/auction/73032513?aucview=0x74
dgl
Yahoo! Auctions are worthless for those seeking big ticket items. I scanned them for months for a legitimate D30 auction only to be frustrated every time. There is a very high incidence of fraud, and Yahoo! lacks either the desire or a clue as to how to combat it. aljaz_.
Scroll down the bottom: "Lenses are also included!" I suppose it comes with a free 24-70L, hehe.
luis_rodriguez2
I like the price!!! (D10) In Paraguay one dollar it is very much money!
