Mamiya C220F Focus Rack Backlash

Hello All, 

I recently got a C220F from a friend which was lying in his house untouched for many years. While the lens shutter seems to be working fine, the film advance knob is stuck, shutter on the body is also stuck. Tried firing the shutter in single and multi setting but no luck.Also, the film counter is stuck is showing 1, opening the back doesn't rest it. 

I am thinking of opening the film winder side of the body to check, but not able to locate service manual for C220F, all I can see C220 or C330 repair manuals.

Can someone help me with instructions disassemble? Do I need to disassemble the winding knob to remove the side plate? Appreciate any help on this..
